The customer service provided was praised by many previous guests that stayed at the Super 8 Fort Myers. The hotel’s front desk personnel were typically thought of as welcoming and friendly.

In general, the hotel’s continental breakfast – despite being served in a purportedly small room – was well received by former visitors. Along with an adequate amount of choice, the quality of the breakfast was judged favorably.

Although it is positioned some ten minutes away from downtown Fort Myers by car, the location of the Super 8 Fort Myers was seen in a positive light by most. Edison Mall and various restaurants, stores and attractions are within walking distance of the hotel.

The supposedly outdated nature of the Super 8 Fort Myers’ rooms was disappointing for some previous visitors. In addition, certain facilities – such as the seemingly noisy air conditioning units and flaky television signal – were described as defective on occasion.

Whilst it was not a problem at times, the majority of past guests were upset about the cleanliness standards at the hotel. From sightings of roaches and bedbugs to pungent smells, various hygiene issues have been reported in relation to the accommodation.

The standard of the complimentary Wi-Fi was often lambasted by former visitors that attempted to use the facility during their time at the Super 8 Fort Myers. As well as being unreliable, the download speeds of the hotel’s Wi-Fi were seen as way below an acceptable level.
