Positive Reviews
positive:
Unbelievably convenient location
This was by far what most impressed guests about the hotel. Most ere passing through Termini Station, either on an inter city train or on a commuter train from the airport. They were very pleased with the hotel's location right opposite the station, since it meant they could quickly get to their hotel without first having to pay for an expensive taxi or negotiate confusing inner-city public transport.
positive:
Friendlily and personable staff
The overwhelming majority of guests were quite impressed with the hotel's staff, saying that they were welcoming on arrival and very friendly and helpful for the rest of their stay.
positive:
Terrific value for money
Considering the facts that most guests felt they received and excellent room rate, were very happy with the hotel's location and felt the accommodation was quite acceptable, they tended to conclude that they had received excellent value for money.
Negative Reviews
negative:
No Wi-Fi in the rooms
One of the first things many reported in their reviews was that they could not get a Wi-Fi signal in their rooms. It seems that the hotel is not set up for in-room Wi-Fi. Guests were bit upset that they had to leave their room and venture to the reception area if they wanted to connect to the world beyond.
negative:
Walls are paper thin
A number of guests reported that they could easily hear even normal sounds, like people talking or a TV playing at regular volume, from adjacent rooms. It seems that the rooms have not been adequately soundproofed.
negative:
Breakfast can get tedious
While guests staying only one day were generally happy enough with the breakfast, those staying for any longer reported that the menu was the same every day, leading them to become bored with the food very quickly.
