Decor is outdated, walls are cracked and bathrooms are small with low water pressure. Mattresses are old, pillows are flat and the Wi-Fi is hit or miss. The tea on the hospitality trays tastes awful, carpeting is ancient and everything overall needs a good sprucing. Some of the musical entertainment performed on the premises is not the best either, although some found it enjoyable.
