Overpriced for the Provisions
Some may feel they've overpaid for the environs. This place needs a prompt and major renovation, especially in the rooms. Decor is outdated, walls are cracked and bathrooms are small with low water pressure. Mattresses are old, pillows are flat and the Wi-Fi is hit or miss. The tea on the hospitality trays tastes awful, carpeting is ancient and everything overall needs a good sprucing. Some of the musical entertainment performed on the premises is not the best either, although some found it enjoyable.

Mediocre Food
Mixed reviews on the grub; some found it delicious while others were disappointed in the quality and the fact that it was served cold. Special dietary considerations such as gluten-free preparations were not provided in some cases.

Unappealing Views
Ask for your options on the views. Lower rear-facing rooms reportedly are the worst, facing the low part of a hillside.
