Many guests agreed that the reception staff were the highlight during their stay. They were said to be incredibly friendly and welcoming and also seemed willing and able to provide good local information.

Guests really liked that they were close to the I-4. It allowed them the ability to quickly access the highway and be on their way, without first having to negotiate busy city streets.

Guests who took up the weekly stay offer mentioned that the rates were exceptionally low, allowing them to get a bed and a roof over their head for a very decent price.

An incredible number of guests mentioned that their room had cockroaches and other bugs scurrying about. They usually reported that it wasn’t a case of just one or two, but quite literally an infestation. Many didn’t really know how to deal with the situation other than leaving.

This was perhaps the most common complaint. Guests said that the rooms were in a simply incredible state of disrepair and dishevelment. Cleanliness was said to be poor, with numerous stains all over the place, but it was the poor state of repair of the furniture and appliances that most put guests off.

Guests did not feel safe in the area. Even going for a walk to the nearest mini-mart was said to be an unnerving affair, with several suspicious looking people, perhaps involved with drugs, hanging around the area.
