This was by far what most impressed guests. Many mentioned that they found the apartment to be very convenient when travelling into Manhattan, since the subway was just a few blocks away. They were also impressed with the restaurants and other amenities available well within walking distance in this Queen’s neighbourhood.

Guests were clearly impressed with the apartment in general, especially with how well equipped it was. It was mentioned by many that the kitchen had more than enough pots, pans crockery and everything else needed to prepare good meals. A number of guests mentioned that they were hit with a smell of damp when entering the apartment for the first time. It led them to believe that it may suffer from a rising damp problem, with some concerned this could give rise to health issues.

A number of guests travelling in mid-summer mentioned that there was only one air conditioning unit in the apartment and that it was both noisy and did not really adequately cool the whole apartment.
