The staff were found to have a hassle-free manner of doing the check-in and check-out. They responded quickly to requests and questions. Their English skills are also good for a smooth communication.

Spacious Apartments

Guests were happy to find the apartments to be spacious, especially when traveling with families. There was enough room to move around and was well equipped with washing machines, stoves and flat-screen TVs. The utensils were also in good shape.

Central Location

The apartments are located in a central location within minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps. It is also close to the metro stops to explore other areas, or guests could easily walk to the other attractions. Many restaurants and bars are also nearby.

Low Ceilings

There was an apartment where guests felt the ceiling was too low in certain areas to not let them move around comfortably. They bumped their heads and this made for a negative experience.

The apartments have the potential to be much better attraction for guests if they were updated. There needed to be some kind of investment to do things like replace furnishings and do a new paint job.
