About Hotel d’Inghilterra Roma – Starhotels Collezione

One of Rome’s iconic luxury hotels, the d’Inghiterra has hosted the who’s who of the literary world since Byron and Keats made it their Roman base. It looks out over the Spanish Steps, and is just moments from the luxury boutiques of the Via Condotti. The exquisite rooms are individually decorated, and feature antique furniture and luxury fabrics. All the modern conveniences are included, but are as unobtrusive as they can possibly be. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, but the main focus is more old-fashioned service, and guests should speak to the concierge should they need anything at all. The Café Romano is a great in-house dining choice and the Bond Bar adds a bit of glamour and intrigue in a sophisticated setting. The d’Inghilterra really couldn't be more central. The Vatican, Coliseum and Forum are all less than two miles away.
