Personal service
It may be right in the hustle and bustle of the city, but it appears that the staff at this property are never too busy to help guests. Newcomers reported being offered assistance with directions, car rental and even SIM cards. Those delayed coming into the city were touched to find that the manager took the time to call and check up on their whereabouts. This personal level of service was incredibly impressive.

with guests very pleased with the standard of housekeeping here. Additionally,

Negative Reviews
negative:
Hard to find
This hotel is located in a single building along
with two other properties. This caused no end of confusion for new arrivals, who
genuinely struggled to find the accommodation.
negative:
Noisy streets, cramped lifts
Noise - from early morning rubbish collection and late night revellers as well as from the constant whine of scooters - did have an impact on the sleep quality of guests here. Also, those with lots of luggage commented that this property's lifts are uncomfortably cramped.
negative:
Sickly sweet breakfast and fickle plumbing
The breakfast here - which consisted of croissants, jams and coffee - was just too sweet for many, who would have liked to have seen a bit more variety. Also, there appear to be some issues with plumbing here, with guests consistently reporting fickle temperatures and pressure.
