This hotel, according to guests does have different sized rooms, ranging from really small, to the larger guest rooms. There have been some complaints from guests who have been booked in to the smaller variety.

There have been a few complaints from guests who have had a negative experience with reception staff who have been described as quite inattentive. Nonetheless, if you do need advice or directions, there are plenty of brochures available around the reception area.
