Guesthouse Grandis Rooms (Rome, Italy)

The huge size of the rooms plus the tasteful design was highly impressive for most guests. The rooms were immaculately clean and guests never had any problems with the storage or luggage space. The price was also very reasonable given that the rooms were big enough and had all the basic amenities.

Guests speak well of the high quality sleeping facility. They expressed that the beds and overall bedding were soft, clean, and extremely comfortable.

The friendly yet professional service of the staff has been very pleasurable for previous guests. They were always in the mood to render remarkable service and were more than willing to provide all the needs of the guests and special requests.

Due to the difficult location of the property which was quite far from some of the major attractions such as the Colosseum, guests were not able to roam within the area conveniently. The actual location was quite hard to find due to the lack of proper signs. Moreover, guests had to walk a few miles just to reach the city centre and other major establishments.

Guests were uncomfortable with the lack of a proper air-conditioning system in the rooms. Although there were ceiling fans provided, they were not enough to cool the whole place especially during warm weather.

The poor performance of the Wi-Fi was annoying for the guests. There was no Internet especially inside the rooms despite efforts to fix. So, guests were not able to use the Internet for a few days. Meanwhile, some guests had to go to the communal areas such as the kitchen just to gain a strong access.
