his is a non-smoking hotel.
Hilton Bracknell is a non-smoking facility which is great for those who do not imbibe. It’s lovely to be able to check in to your room with the certainty that you won’t encounter the acrid, stale smell of cigarette smoke.

Negative Reviews
negative:
The hotel doesn't allow pets.
Hilton Bracknell doesn’t allow pets, other than service animals which is unfortunate for those who like to travel with their favourite furry friends.
negative:
It's rather noisy here.
Because the walls, ceilings and floors are quite thin, you can hear noise coming from adjacent guest rooms and corridors. This does not make for a quiet night’s sleep, especially during peak season and on the weekends.
negative:
The hotel needs a facelift.
Although the public spaces are in good shape, drab decor and aging bathroom fixtures in the guest rooms can make for a less-than-pleasant stay.
