The hotel has a small “water park” and pool area that caters to young children. Many guests said that their little children loved the pool area and had a lot of fun there during their visits.

Guests all love the fact that the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day and the staff members are very attentive to guest needs. Some guests even mentioned that there is an option to be able to text the front desk when necessary instead of walking down to the lobby.

This hotel is located right near the airport, making it convenient for business travellers. It is also close to several shops and a wide variety of restaurants. Many other attractions are only a short car ride away.

The parking lot of the hotel doesn't feel safe, according to guests. Homeless people often wander through it, and guests expressed concerns about leaving their vehicles unattended while they slept.

Many guests said that their rooms were not totally cleaned when they arrived. Some said that trash was collected but left by the door. Others said that the coffee makers weren't emptied, the carpets didn't seem to have been cleaned properly, and some of the bathrooms had some mould.

One of the biggest complaints guests have about this hotel is that the windows don't open and the recirculated air in the building often feels stale. Many guests said that the inability to open the windows made them feel a bit boxed in and gave their rooms the feeling of being smaller than they actually were.
