Twin Peaks Hotel (San Francisco, USA)

Though the bathroom and showers are shared, they are maintained to standard. You won't find a line backed up at the door either.

The location is decent with good transportation. There is definitely plenty to do and see with plenty of nice restaurants and entertainment. If you are interested in seeing the city and only using your hotel room to lay your head, this place is ideal.

The staff and management are awesome and provide exceptional service. This certainly helps to distract from any imperfections in the hotel, which seems more like a hostel in many ways.

The rooms have minimal ventilation, and it can be noisy when you have to keep the windows open during the hot months. In fact, if your window happens to open up near the ventilation shaft, you will hear other visitors in the next room chatting away. There is no air conditioning. The bus line runs late during the night as well, which creates noise and could disturb your sleep. You can also hear people going up and down the stairs as the stairs are quite noisy.

The Wi-Fi does not have the strongest link, so if you plan on linking up to reliable Internet during your stay, you may be disappointed.

It seems a lesson in bleaching the whites is in order. White towels are more brown and not properly cleaned. Though the bathroom is adequately cleaned, a more thorough cleaning of the premises should be carried out.
