The rooms are well maintained and the bathrooms are kept very clean. The beds are very comfortable and an adequate amount of pillows have been provided in each room. The air conditioner in the room is easy to control and performs excellently.

A number of guests felt let down as a result of the spa’s opening and closing hours. Since it operated only from mid-afternoon to early evening hours, guests with late check-ins and short stays did not feel as thought they fully utilized these services. A

A few guests were put off by the very little hot water that was available as they took their showers. During the hotel’s peak activity hours, such as in the early morning, hot water ran out very quickly in some rooms.

Some guests felt that the hotel was a bit farther than they had expected from nearby cities. The hotel is a just under a half an hour’s uphill walk from Peschiera del Garda and this can be problematic for elderly or nobility impaired guests.
