Not the usual hassle encountered when trying to park up. Plenty of space here.
It’s handy for the university, docks as well as the very busy Preston city centre. In the other direction, the Blackpool road address gives the game away and a night out in the resort is something to consider.
The place smells damp as you enter and is high up in the run down stakes! Much of the problem comes down to a lack of basic cleanliness but dripping taps, stained furnishings, poor showers and a general lack of TLC, all add to the general feeling of gloom.
They don’t overfeed you at breakfast, although what you do get is OK.
That Blackpool Road is very busy and noisy. A real problem, particularly if you can’t close the bedroom window!
