Positive Reviews
positive:
Spacious rooms.
The guest rooms at the hotel are spacious and feature many of the comforts found in most Sheratons - if you are a business traveler, the work station is nice and allows you to spread out. If you have a group or want separate living spaces, the Junior Suite also comes with a sleeper sofa.
positive:
Quiet atmosphere.
Located near major highways and points of interest, the hotel provides a quiet escape for business travelers or leisure travelers who want to unwind. It's also close to the DFW airport, so it's convenient if you're in town on a layover or short visit.
positive:
Beautiful views.
If you want to enjoy a beautiful view of the landscape, make sure to request a room on one of the top floors. City views are exceptional from any number of these comfortable rooms or suites.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Undergoing renovation.
While it's not a hub of construction, some aspects of the hotel are undergoing renovation. The hotel lobby is complete and beautiful, though some of the rooms still look slightly dated if you end up with a unit that hasn't been renovated. If it's high on your priority list, make sure to request a renovated room at check-in.
negative:
Amenities far.
Though you can reach all of the area's amenities by car, there are very few options within walking distance. If you like to shop and dine close to the hotel, you might find that there are limited options if you don't choose to dine at the hotel restaurant. Otherwise, you'll need a car.
negative:
No appliances.
If you need to stay at the hotel for a length of time, you might be disappointed with the lack of microwave or refrigerator in standard rooms. You can rent a refrigerator for a daily fee.
