Serviced apartment Surf Parade Resort (Broadbeach Waters, Australia)

Surf Parade Resort is just a few minutes' walk to the beach and the Florida Gardens tram stop. Other beaches are easily accessible by tram, including Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. You can also walk to the center of their towns and main shopping areas within 20-minutes. Other local attractions include the Movieworld and Seaworld theme parks which can easily accessed by car or within the hour by public transport.

The apartments have been described as bright, modern, clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a separate dining area. All rooms come with a balcony and guests with upgraded rooms commented that it was well worth the price to have a room with views of the beach.

Guests commented that the resort provides great value at reasonable prices. In the resort grounds you can enjoy use of the sauna, outdoor pool, barbecue facilities and gazebo which are all well presented and clean. There is also a small cardio gym and a tennis court.

Some guests were disappointed that a regular cleaning service was not provided and towels and linens are not changed regularly. Guests also warned that only a limited number of toilet rolls are provided and that additional toilet paper will incur an extra charge.

The apartment has a spa bath instead of shower area and there is no glass partition to prevent the floor from getting wet. Some guests advised that the apartments may be unsuitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues.

The limited front desk hours meant that staff were not always available to answer questions or provide assistance.
