There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, including the on-site Indian restaurant which gets a number of good reviews. Slightly further afield - but still within easy walking distance - there are more good options, including a well-regarded Italian restaurant.

The rooms at this hotel almost without fail get a big thumbs up from guests. They are described as spacious and comfortable, with good modern furniture. Added to this, the views across the bay are a delight, with the best thing being that all rooms have a sea-view meaning you are not in for a disappointment.

Good customer service should of course come as standard in any hotel, but it is noteworthy how many guests have complimented the staff at this establishment. Furthermore it is eye-catching how many guests are either happy to recommend the hotel to others, or are return visitors. The friendly and helpful staff are a big reason for this.

While not a massive negative, some guests have noted that extra kitchen equipment would have come in handy. Some guests feel that there are not quite enough pots and pans, and general utensils, to do a decent meal for the family.

The generally weak Wi-Fi signal is a bugbear with some guests. A number of people saying that the connection was slow or they struggled to connect at all.

Guests who arrived as part of a larger group have said that they would have appreciated more free toiletries being left in the bathroom. However, it has also been pointed out that if you tell hotel staff they will be happy to provide guests with additional toiletries.
