The hotel also offers a concierge service, luggage storage, and it has a tour desk. Guests choosing to self-cater will find shops nearby. There is a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. The property is just over a ten-minute walk to the beach. Ocean Drive and the Versace Mansion are both under a kilometre away. Lincoln Road is just over a kilometre away.
You will find that the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are said to be very quick to take positive action if guests experience any problems, and they are also said to be as accommodating as possible when any requests are made of them.
You will find the accommodation is in a nice quiet area, not too far from shops, and with good restaurants and places you want to visit within easy reach. The beach, Ocean Drive, and Lincoln Road are all only a ten-minute stroll away, or at worst an inexpensive taxi ride away.
Some guests were initially disappointed by the external appearance of the property, saying it looked a bit run down. But appearance are deceptive! Guests are happy to find that the apartments, although not new, are bright, nicely decorated and clean throughout.
Guests should be aware apartments do not have a daily maid service, as would be the case with a hotel, so they are not tidied during your stay and fresh towels are not automatically provided. This was a negative for some, although guests were able to get towels from staff if they wanted.
The pool area does not have any lights so guests must stop using the pool at 8pm. This was a disappointment for some who would have liked to continue to use it until later in the day.
As the apartments are in a shared building, how peaceful your stay is may well depend upon how well your neighbours are. If they are noisy you might hear them in your own apartment.
