Due to the large number of kids present in the premises and rooms' ineffective soundproofing, guests had issues with the noise coming from the other rooms especially during the night. Therefore, guests are advised to wear earplugs for comfort.
The unsatisfying quality of the beds resulted in guests not getting some proper sleep. The mattress was too hard for some guests and was a little uncomfortable. The beds also needed some underlay or electric blankets to prevent cold air from rising above the bed and to keep the guests warm.
Most of the previous guests had issues with the poorly functional heating system provided at the property. It was not operational most of the time and rarely works. There was only one heater provided for the entire area and it was not sufficient to keep the whole place warm.
