    Modrá vrata is a new family pension that opened in 2013, after renovation of a 400-year-old rural homestead, which is located in a typical South bohemia village surrounded by lakes, meadows and deep forests, full of fresh blueberries and mushrooms. You will love our spacious ground floor apartment with private bathroom and private terrace. It is equipped with 220cm long super king size bed and bunk bed for your kids. The Neighbourhood The Třeboň Region is a magical place, and one of the most picturesque in the entire Czech Republic. Here you’ll uncover lots of idyllic countryside. There are over 6000 lakes, many small islands, mysterious wetlands, marshes and peat bogs, providing a habitat to countless rare species of flora and fauna. The entire region is packed with medieval fortresses and Renaissance towns, creating a special landscape, now one of UNESCO’s biosphere reserves.
