Idyllic and relaxing Experience the 4-star Romantik Johanniter-Kreuz, a unique 400 year old country house in a quiet little hamlet near Überlingen, probably the most remarkable place at Lake Constance. Just 5 minutes away by car you will find the most fascinating and longest promenade on the lake. Once the Johanniter-Kreuz was a farm, which for centuries had been allocated to the holy order of St. John´s where it was managed as a post office and tavern. The former barn had been expanded and remolded so that today it accommodates an exquisite restaurant: the fireplace room. A spacious lobby with a gallery and a wing for reading invites guests to linger. In addition, the hotel offers a modern spa and fitness area that can be used free of charge. Cosmetic applications are always available at additional cost. For golf enthusiasts, an 18 hole golf course is nearby and four more are situated in the surrounding area. Guests will receive, depending on the golf club, a green fee discount of 10-45 %.
