Positive Reviews
positive:
Themed rooms offer something unique and fun.
This hotel offers something a little different from many others in Kuta, with its themed rooms really making it stand out. There's a Beatles room, a Bob Marley room, and a Santana room, to name just a few!
positive:
Low rates are perfect for travellers on a budget.
The price for a room here is surprisingly reasonable and the hotel offers pretty good value for money. If you are visiting Bali on a tight budget staying at this place should definitely be considered.
positive:
Staff are friendly and do all they can to help.
The staff here seem genuinely happy and always beam a big smile whenever you encounter them. If you have a request just ask anyone working here, they will do their best to deal with it.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Free Wi-Fi is slow and irritating to use.
Staying connected to the internet is a bit of a pain here, for a start you constantly have to keep retyping the password in to connect to the Wi-Fi. Once you are connected, the slow speed can put you off using it at all.
negative:
Not enough variety at the breakfast buffet.
The food available at the breakfast buffet predominantly caters for Indonesian guests, so if you are expecting bacon and eggs or fresh pastries then you'll be disappointed. More variety is urgently needed to please international guests.
negative:
Too far from the beach, shops, and nightlife.
This hotel is quite a way out from the centre of the action in Kuta, so there is little to see or do within a short walk. If you want to reach the beach you'll have to take a taxi, and the same goes for eating out or going for a drink at a bar.
