Kandahar Lodge is a cozy mountain lodge located in a ski-in location at Whitefish Mountain Resort & just an hour from the west entrance of Glacier National Park. This boutique 50 room lodge is open seasonally December through March for ski season and June through September for summer. The airport (FCA-Kalispell) is located 17 miles from Kandahar. Whitefish, Montana is 7 miles from the lodge. The wood-burning fireplace adds to the ambiance in the great room. The lodge rooms all have queen beds, microwaves, small refrigerators & a/c. Studios & kitchen lofts offer little kitchens. The executive suite has a full-size kitchen. They are located on 2 wings & 3 floors. Please note there is no elevator. Other amenities include a large outdoor hot tub, steam room, exercise room & massage services. On site Cafe Kandahar is upscale & offers thoughtfully constructed cuisine inspired by modern & classic influences. The Snug Bar is fully licensed & has an extensive wine menu. The rates include a continental breakfast. Kandahar can host small corporate meetings using the Northern Lights Conference Room (850 sq ft). Family reunions & weddings are welcome as well.
