Efficient housekeeping staff
Guests noted that it is obvious that the housekeeping staff does a thorough job when cleaning the rooms and bathrooms. When asked for additional items like towels or toiletries, they quickly brought these to the rooms.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Additional fees
Unless you are a member of the Hilton loyalty program, you will be charged to access the in-room Wi-Fi, and guests also noted that the charges for valet service and self-parking were a bit steep compared to other hotels in the neighborhood.
negative:
Staff not always professional
Guests pointed out that the front desk often seems to be understaffed, which leads to slow service with little information provided. Some of the employees do not seem to be too knowledgeable of local attractions and restaurants, and a few guests reported being hung up on when calling down to the front desk for information.
negative:
Some room complaints
The rooms appear to be outdated with very basic old-fashioned room décor, and the air-conditioners were reported to be somewhat inefficient and even leaking at times.
