Whether you arrive in your own vehicle or not, once you get there, there's no need for it during your stay. Everything you need is within a short walk. You'll be close to the beach, harbour and the centre of Wollongong.

Guests said they were spoilt for choice with the rows of great restaurants along the water front.   Samaras Lebanese is a short walk away and offers great Mediterranean Cuisine, while there are many small take-out facilities next to each other too.

With such a great location close to the city centre, and many places to eat nearby, guests felt the room price was very economical on the pocket. Business guests in particular enjoyed the close proximity to their business venues.

There have been several complaints from visitors who, according to them, were treated quite unprofessionally, either during their stay, or during the check-out procedure. Most guests felt the reception staff could benefit from customer service training.

Guests were satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, but said the decor had become faded, and the curtains were drab. Some of the furniture could do with being replaced, and the fixtures and fittings had worked their way loose.

If you are rather tall, you might feel a little claustrophobic in the bathrooms here. Guests said the shower head was way too low, and there is nowhere to put your toiletries while you are having your shower.
