The breakfast served each morning at Red Jacket Beach Resort is excellent. Guests reported that all the food is fresh and expertly-prepared with lots of delicious items to choose from. There are plenty of hot and cold items available, items are replenished as needed and staff are friendly and quick.

Guests reported that this hotel is very easy to find as it is located right off a main highway. Also reported was a location overlooking the ocean with spectacular views and easy access to a number of services and attractions. .

The outside grounds are beautiful and well-maintained with lovely flowers and plants. Guests reported that the grounds make for a great place to take a relaxing walk and there is never any garbage or debris lying around. Guests also reported that the private beach area is very clean as are the pool and hot tub. .

Guests reported that the guest rooms at Red Jacket Beach Resort are small with very little room to move about and store personal items. Also reported was old appliances, tattered furniture, damp carpet, a musty smell and stained sheets. .

Staff members don't seem to like their jobs and are hard to deal with. Guests reported that no one offers to help with luggage and when questions are asked, staff simply state they are too busy to answer. Also reported was staff that don't honor bookings and staff who don't apologize when things go wrong.
