Charming, clean rooms in a quaint atmosphere
Rooms at Pegasus International are clean at check-in, nicely maintained during your stay, and have a quaint and welcoming appeal. There's a charming ambience and peaceful setting that makes you feel welcomed and happy you chose his place as part of your vacation.
positive:
Great breakfast and lounge menu are lovely touches
The breakfast selections are tasty, fresh, and filling, and are a successful onsite amenity. The light dishes and beers at the lounge are also rewarding, with the only downside being that it should be a fuller menu, so you have a complete dining experience onsite.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Lots of outside and inner noise are disruptive
Keep in mind that the inn is located in a busy area, so there's quite a bit of noise that will come through to the rooms. With thin walls and floorboards, you'll also hear a lot from within the hotel, which may disrupt your quiet time.
negative:
Staff need more consistency
Staff need a greater and more consistent sense of customer service. They're not always at their best or friendliest, and at times have attitudes that make you feel like you're imposing by asking questions or making requests.
negative:
Hard beds and odd smells negate expectations
If you prefer soft bedding, you may not have a great sleep. The beds are very firm and don't provide a restful slumber for everyone. There are also strange and off-putting odors that linger throughout the hotel, which can affect comfortability.
