Northeaster Motel (Kittery, USA)

It's reasonably quiet at the facility seeing that there is a main road behind it.

The staff are quite friendly and accommodating. In addition, there are people who live at the facility and there are also cabins to rent.

The air conditioning works well. There is also a microwave, fridge, along with the good price, and a few other niceties. It's special because the motel doesn't offer much of anything, so even those amenities are a surprise.

The facility is a bit outdated. It's dressed up with new siding, but that can't hide what's on the inside. Many common amenities are missing like a hairdryer and coffee pot. The TV is an old model with poor reception. There is no breakfast served either. Luckily there are eating places nearby.

There should be longer curtains at the window. Anyone can see right through into the cabin. There is no curtain or shade on the bathroom window either, and no screens on windows to keep insects and the like at bay.

You may find soiled sheets and not only with dirt. If you ask staff to replacement them, they will oblige but unfortunately, the new sheets may be stained as well. Mold on the shower curtain may be expected and stray hairs on the sheets. Musty smell is not pleasant and various other drawbacks might make you think twice about staying at this facility.
