The hotel's employees are very well-mannered. They are all multilingual and this is a huge plus as many of the guests are international travelers. They are quick to be of service and seem to receive great pleasure from assisting you.
The wonderful natural beauty of the hotel's surroundings provides guests with a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The beaches can easily be accessed on foot and guests can pass away their time swimming in the ocean. Plenty of places of interests are within walking distance, such as the Kapalua Golf Club Bay Course less than half a mile away.
Guestrooms are spacious, warm and very clean. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are well maintained. The kitchenettes are quite well equipped and have an icemaker, kettle and toaster among other appliances.
Parking spaces were rather small and narrow. Parking your own car can be a hassle though staff members are willing to come out and assist you. Early morning traffic can put a bit of a damper on your stay if you're in a rush in the morning.
The rooms are not air conditioned and depending on the season, it can get pretty hot if you decide to keep the windows closed.
A few guests have complained about the signal quality of the Wi-Fi provided by the hotel. It appears to be quite weak and inconsistent.
