Most guests love that hotel staff is helpful and friendly, and even remembers guest names while always greeting them with smiles. Others appreciate that the staff anticipates their needs and is always attentive when spoken to.

Many guests like that the Andaman Sea can be seen from the restaurant and swimming pool, which is perfect for watching sunsets.  Others feel that being away from the nightlife and other distractions of the area makes the hotel perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Several guests find that the natural setting of the hotel and its welcoming staff gives a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Others note that the ambience often rubs off on guests, who mingle and swap interesting stories with others.

Many guests say the hotel is in need of renovation, and mention that all the broken doors and leaking roofs should be replaced, as well as many of the furnishings, which look worn.  Others note that the pool area and fitness centre are rundown and should be better maintained.

Several guests comment that the food is rather bland and expensive, while some feel the menu lacks variety. Others note that there are no restaurants nearby.  When dining onsite, most suggest trying the Thai dishes first.

A handful of guests note the manager's English was very good but that only one other staff member can speak the language, which can be problematic at times.  Others are quick to point out that the language barrier does not stop the staff from providing excellent service.
