Negative Reviews
negative:
Housekeeping could be improved upon.
Housekeeping has proven to
be a bone of contention for many guests. It is common for guests to arrive to a
dusty or dirty room in need of cleaning. Meanwhile, the resort does not offer
daily housekeeping, a detail that proves unpopular with many.
negative:
Customer service not always up to task.
Although some guests enjoy positive interactions with resort employees, many others are less impressed with the standard of customer service on offer. It is often reported that employees are unenthusiastic and less knowledgeable than you might think. A number of reports also suggest that staff members can be combative when complaints are aired.
negative:
Waterslide opening hours lead to complaints.
An indoor-outdoor waterslide is the crown jewel of the hotel's indoor swimming pool facilities and proves a big draw. However, many guests are disappointed to learn that the slide is only open during limited hours, and does not necessarily open every day.
