Small rooms.
Most guest found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, however some complained that the size of the rooms were small. The rooms range in size from 13 square meters for a single room to 30 square meters for a suite, and small room sizes are not uncommon in Paris, particularly in such historic buildings.
negative:
Occasionally forgetful house keeping.
At times house keeping staff appeared to be forgetful and in room amenities such as coffee and toiletries, were not replenished in a timely fashion as needed.
