Clean, decent and comfortable rooms
Majority of guests were pleased with the status of the rooms. The rooms were well maintained, clean and with classy furnishings. The beds were very cosy and the sizeable bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries. Everything worked well. The free bottled water in rooms was a welcome addition.

Guests who wanted to sample the local cuisine could do so as there are plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby. The hotel is also perfectly positioned close to the bus stop and metro station which makes travelling from place to place easy.

The rooms have weak soundproofing
Due to the relatively thin walls of the apartments, noise easily carried into the rooms. Nearby ongoing constructions works proved to be a major disturbance as well as loud chats from other rooms. Many guests felt that the sound proofing system wasn’t adequate enough.

Malfunctioning air conditioners in some rooms
Most guests felt that the air conditioners didn’t work as expected. With faulty AC units, rooms that had no windows can get really uncomfortable and stuffy. Many guests were of the opinion that the hotel should fix those units that were defective.

Rooms lacked windows hence no views
A number of guests were quite disappointed as the rooms had no windows. Those who wanted to enjoy the views of the hotel’s surrounding in the comfort of their rooms could not do so.
