Why pay for Wi-Fi?
That is the one question that guests here have asked over and over again. Though free in the lobby, quite a few guests were shocked to find that they had to pay for Wi-Fi in their rooms. For the majority of those who stayed, this seemed to be their top complaint.

Parking is not an amenity, but a luxury
Though this property is right in the heart of the capital, parking is available at the hotel. However, be prepared to pay; multiple guests commented that prices for parking and the valet service were simply too steep for their liking.

A few housekeeping issues
There appear to be some issues with housekeeping. Dirty towels, unchanged sheets, stains on carpets and overflowing garbage baskets seem to be a problem. Some also reported that their rooms were not ready upon arrival. Many also found the lack of a fridge in the room to be problematic, especially those who stayed during the summer.
