An important factor to be noted is that in terms of security; - The CCTV system has been upgraded to cover all around the property. - A digital safe is provided in each villas. - An extra wooden door to be locked before closing the main sliding door for extra security. - Alarm keypad and siren in all villas, with contact pad on each exit doors. - The owner lives on the premises to make sure everything is running smoothly. - We always have someone on-site to assist the client - Hired someone to monitor the property at irregular intervals during the nights. - Finally, presence of a dog on patrol after all guests have closed their wooden door (no restrictions on the time that they should do so).
