The Hotel Is Efficiently Located
The hotel is close to Chinatown and a few minutes' walk from Little Italy. It's very central on a major street with easy access to public transportation and close to the hospital as well. If you like to party, you will find plenty of bars where you can have a good time as well.
positive:
The Kitchenette Is a Money Saver
The hotel kitchenette comes in handy if you are on a tight budget. It's a good way to save money and cook in rather than eat out.

Negative Reviews
negative:
The Staff Has No Interest in You
The staff has a nonchalant attitude and will basically tell you anything to get you off their back. What's worse, you're left overnight on your own and your calls may go unanswered. Their demeanour is abrupt and much of the time, they have no clue about what to do about your requests.
negative:
The Facility Needs Cleaning and Tidied Up
Bad odours, trash in the corridor, and dirty linens may be your fate at this hotel. Party goers through the night and tenants on the skids will be your neighbours. The Wi-Fi is basically zero and there's no in-room telephone.
negative:
Parking Is Like Playing Musical Chairs
The hotel personnel may pull a fast one on you when it comes to parking. It seems that visitor parking is just a game to them. For example, they will sell you a parking space that's already taken, or your vehicle might be towed. Don't bother complaining as they will tell you to just go find another space
