The Place is a 4 star apartment hotel in Manchester city centre. The building is grade II listed and retains some of the original features. The 107 apartments are graded one bedroom, two bedroom, family bedroom, deluxe and penthouse. Family bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 people. All are fully equipped and have complimentary wifi, 2 phone lines, DVD and CD players and TV with Sky. Kitchens include a dishwasher washing machine and dryer. The décor is modern in style, while the open brickwork and metal girders reflect its industrial past. In addition, general facilities include 24 room service and reception, and on-site parking.
