The Vicarage Freehouse & Rooms is a newly refurbished 17th Century Grade II listed country pub & hotel located in the heart of Cheshire – essentially a restaurant with rooms. Eat: This is a destination food-led venue with a focus on locally sourced produce. The Vicarage takes its inspiration from the Cheshire countryside, utilising British produce and resources while championing eco–sustainability Drink: Serving great ales from in and around Cheshire, interesting lagers & ciders, an abundant stock of spirits not to mention some classic cocktails. Sundays, the pub smashes out the Bloody Mary’s and Mondays revs up the coffee machine and loose-leaf teas… Sleep: All the rooms echo the property's own country–boutique style … but not overdone. Any unnecessary nonsense is stripped out, and everything that matters for a quality stay is focused on. A comfy bed, all have en-suite facilities, great decor, quality coffee facilities and a cracking breakfast. Play: The Games room is a big boys toy box with all the amenities; flat–screen TV showing all live sports throughout the year, pool table, dart board, and machines.
