Hardworking staff were some of the best there is, and guests were delighted to be met with warm Balinese hospitality. Guests said that staff were attentive and swiftly dealt with any problems that arose, which made for a pleasant visit for many.
The pool was the place to be at the end of a long day. Not only was it well maintained, it was also spacious, and guests never had a problem with crowds. Sun beds were also plentiful, and it didn't disappoint for a bit of rest and relaxation.
Being able to walk to nightlife, a shopping centre, outdoor market and restaurants was a treat for guests who appreciated the quiet but accessible location. Petitenget Beach and Temple were a short stroll away, and guests would return for this prime location.
Guests regularly listed bathrooms as an area that was overdue for a makeover. Some rooms seemed to have newer decor than others, but guests said that you will pay accordingly. This could be a good fit it you are willing to overlook interior design for a budget stay, but if you want something more modern, you might have to look elsewhere.
Rooms sometimes received a cursory clean, and guests said that the housekeeping crew needed to step things up a bit. Fortunately, staff were responsive when guests had complaints about the condition of their rooms, but many wished that they didn't have to make a complaint in the first place.
The presence of bugs in rooms did little for a favourable impression. While measures were taken to control mosquitoes, guests said that it wasn't enough, and cockroaches and other insects weren't an uncommon sight.
