The rooms are unclean and run down. The bathrooms do not have an exhaust and are very cramped. The air conditioning unit is severely loud. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. There is no noise insulation, so voices and sounds are heard all through the night.

The restaurant does not offer many choices in the menu. The hallway carpets are unclean and smelly. Parking facilities comes with a charge and staying guests find it unfair.
