Staff at this hotel have been described as attentive, friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Some staff members have even personally shown guests one or two of the local sights themselves.
Many guests were really pleased with the complimentary coffee on offer in the lobby of the Ramada Middletown Hotel. The aroma makes it a little difficult to get going and ready for a day of sightseeing. Guests always seem to make time for a second cup.
