Hotel The Inn On Sheridan (Zion, USA)

Most of the guests were very much in awe of the hospitality offered by the staff members. They were professional and knew their job very well. Guests were made to feel at home because of their warmth and genuine gestures. They were kind enough to assist the guests with directions and other local places. Staff goes an extra mile to help the cancer patients at the hospital.

Since it is located very close to the Cancer Treatment Center of America, this inn was the best choice for guests whose close ones were being treated at the center. In fact, the inn has ties with the Cancer Center for the convenience of the patients and their relatives. They even provide pharmacy shuttles for patients. There are many shops, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores too in close proximity to the inn.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained. The décor is simple without any fancy frills. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.  Air conditioner was in a perfectly good working condition. Furnishings were also kept in a good state.

Many guests found that the access to the Wi-Fi connection was very confusing. They would have preferred a simple method to connect to the Wi-Fi.

Even though there was an elevator, it was out of order for most of the time, making it a Herculean task for guests to take their luggage to the upper floors.

The walls were very thin with no sound proofing at all. Most of the guests could hear the guests walking on the top floor and laughing in the next room.
