Although the staff run the hotel on a daily basis, and are extremely busy most of the time, they deserve a special mention as they take time out of their busy schedules to see to their guest’s happiness, and to ensure their comfort.
At The Ellesmere, the rooms are kept wonderfully clean, and the furnishings are very comfortable. To top it all off, guests are kept in a well stocked supply of tea and coffee in their rooms.
Although guests travelling to The Ellesmere may find their lodgings to be outdated, and their rooms in need of refurbishing, they cannot fault the comfort level provided. Well maintained, clean furniture, is a plus over uncomfortable, stylish beds.
