The en-suite bathrooms are very spacious and perfectly complement each room's individual rustic décor. Ultra-modern appointments such as glass-divided walk-in rain showers and the old-world luxury of roll-top claw foot tubs are presented in pristine surroundings.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Car park difficult to find.
A common area of complaint has to do with the free hotel parking as it can be quite difficult to locate and there is no clear signage or indication from the hotel itself as to how to get there. The car park is also quite small and requires some attention to navigate safely.
negative:
Rooms may be dark for some.
The room décor is predominantly dark in main colour choices and features softer lighting than one would find in modern chain hotels, this is intended to create a more subdued, relaxed and perhaps romantic ambience. However, some may find the rooms a bit too dark for practical purposes.
negative:
Noisy air conditioners.
Room air conditioners can run a little on the noisy side which is something that light sleepers or business travellers may find to be not very conducive to a good night's sleep.
