Negative Reviews
negative:
In Need of Refurbishment.
While one’s overall stay at The Crest usually exceeds expectation, some have suggested that management consider renovating certain portions of the hotel. In the bedrooms, visitors may find themselves at odds with squeaking bed frames, poorly fastened cabinets, and improperly sealed windows. Leaking faucets have also been sources of complaint.
negative:
Cramped Bedrooms.
The Crest provides guests with en-suite sleeping arrangements, integrated with modern luxuries. However luxurious, previous visitors of the hotel have expressed their disappointment with the room sizes. Bedrooms are a bit small, offering only a few drawers and a small closet as storage space. Although, family rooms are available and easily accommodate a party of three.
negative:
No On-Site Parking.
Unfortunately for those arriving by way of personal vehicle, The Crest does not offer on-site parking. A designated car park, two streets from the property, serves as the closest public parking area.
