Hotel The Beach Bungalow- Key West (Key West, USA)

While the bungalow is not directly on the beach, it is only a five-minute walk away and in a peaceful, less crowded, part of the island.

Tim, the owner, lives on-site and is always available to assist his guests with their stay. In your apartment, you will find a binder full of information that Tim has created in order to advise all of his guests about the highlights of the island.

This bungalow offers the perfect getaway experience while in Key West. The apartments are comfortable with all of the modern conveniences of home but even cleaner! Most importantly, the hotel is off the beaten touristy path and offers a tranquil setting for enjoying a more authentic Key West experience.

While the apartments are nice, they are a bit compact and is definitely a place for couples. Families will be too cramped.

The majority of the guests loved their experience at the bungalow, however, some guests did not realize that it was total self-service and they missed some of the perks of a hotel. However, this did not ruin the overall experience of the guests.

If you like walking then you will have no issue with the over half hour walk to Key West's most iconic street. However, if walking is not your thing, you may end up spending at least fifteen dollars per cab ride. If you like to bike, the owner can arrange something.
