Hotel THB Cala Lliteras (Cala Ratjada, Spain)

The Cala Lliteras has the best location in Cala Ratjada according say guests who stayed there..They loved the spectacular sea views, beaches and the town just a short stroll away.

A fabulous pool with a swim up bar, plenty of sunbeds, amazing views and comfortable accomodations added up to the perfect formula for a weekend break or a relaxing holiday for many guests at the Cala Lliteras. They found it quiet and peaceful compared to other hotels in the area with no noisy revellers and thought it a great place to relax and chill out

While guests generally enjoyed the food at the Cala Lliteras, they singled out the breakfast omelettes as particularly good. Friendly English-speaking staff in the dining room got the day off to a great start.

Some guests felt that the Cala Lliteras catered mostly to its primarily German guests and described it as a little Germany. They noted that signage was in German and that the food in the restaurants seemed designed for German tastes with offerings such as corn and carrots served along with fried eggs.

Some guests were disappointed with the quality of food at Cala Lliteras and felt it was not up to what might be expected of a three-star rated hotel. They described it as lukewarm, unappetizing and and unimaginative. Guests reported that the waiters were not always hepful, that bread wasn’t replenished and that on occasion the restaurant even ran out of wine.

Problems such as poor air conditioning, toiletries that were not replenished and lack of variety in the buffet caused some guests to comment that the Cala Lliteras didn’t qite live up to it’s billing. Some guests complained that the beach was a 15-minute walk away, others that there were insufficient sun beds by the pool.
