Some noise from the street below.
A few guests complain of poor soundproofing in the rooms, particularly considering the nature of the hotel and the central location. However, the majority of guests acknowledge and accept that noise is to be expected in the city centre.
negative:
Issues with deposits.
There seem to be some issues regarding the return of deposits to bank accounts, which is reportedly a slow process where there seems to be little or limited communication from hotel staff.

A few maintenance issues.
There do seem to be some maintenance issues, with complaints of poorly grouted bathrooms, and windows without blinds in certain bedrooms. There are also a couple of instances of maintenance staff requiring access to rooms and apartments whilst guests are occupying them.
