Lounging in the Lobby
Don't forget to check out the lobby and bar areas at the hotel. Guests said the public areas were warm, welcoming, and a relaxing place to lounge in.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Mis-Managed
Though most guests were pleased with the hotel service, a few thought the hotel personnel was, at times, poorly managed or understaffed, especially during breakfast. In addition, some of the front desk staff wasn't always knowledgeable about the hotel or local area.
negative:
Noisy Nuisances
The air conditioning units in the rooms aren't brand new and many guests thought they were too loud. Some guests staying on the lower floors were also bothered by street and traffic noise. If you're a light sleeper, it's a good idea to bring earplugs along, and request a high floor room.
negative:
Minor Annoyances
Several guests thought the lights in the rooms were too dim, and the water pressure wasn't very strong.
